The finding from this study demonstrated that rehearsal training on WM will help to enhance digit span in children with autism. Hence, this study contributes valuable information to the growing body of literature in the area of working memory and autism, and provides direction for future research. The rehearsal training on working memory can be performing to other condition with working memory deficit. Moreover, further investigation can be done on all components of WM by using WMBT-C (Pickering & Gathercole, 2001) to across different task designs and levels of demand required. WM is an essential skill for everyday life, and its important link to skills such as word learning and mathematics (Gathercole & Alloway, 2006) accentuates the need for further research into this area. Rehearsal training of this study done two times repeated. The further studies can conduct used more than two times repeated.
