Leave Permission Letter

Original Text:

Dear Madame
I am submitting these lines, along with the enclosed Leave Letter form, to bring to your kind notice that I have to proceed immediately to Mumbai due to some totally unavoidable personal reasons, which include looking after of my wife who is undergoing mental stress and is currently suffering from severe depression. So it is incumbent on me to be with my spouse, who is known to be a hypertensive, as she is undergoing severe depression due to the fact that she is worried about my well-being here as she thinks that I am myself undergoing severe stress due to the uncongenial working conditions at my work place that are detrimental to my physical and mental well-being and thereby something untoward may happen to me. I am extremely sorry that I could not send my leave permission letter in person through proper official channel as today being Sunday is a non-working day for the college office, which rules out the desirable option of submitting this letter through proper official channel. With the expectation of grant of permission for leave on humanitarian grounds, I am proceeding forthwith on my journey to Mumbai since my travel might cause lot of delay and inconvenience since it is unplanned journey with no pre-arranged conventional air or train tickets available at this context. I regret the inconvenience caused due to the sudden turn of events

Dear Madame

I am submitting these lines, along with the enclosed Leave Letter form, to bring to your kind notice that I have to proceed immediately to Mumbai due to some unavoidable personal reasons. These include looking after my wife who is undergoing mental stress and is currently suffering from severe depression. It is incumbent on me to be with my spouse, who is hypertensive, as she is undergoing severe depression because she is worried about my well-being here. She believes that I am myself undergoing severe stress from the uncongenial conditions at my work place which are detrimental to my physical and mental well-being.

I am extremely sorry that I could not send my leave permission letter through proper official channels as today, being Sunday, is a non-working day for the college office. With the expectation of the grant of permission for leave on humanitarian grounds, I am proceeding forthwith on my journey to Mumbai which may include delays and inconvenience since it is an unplanned journey with no pre-arranged conventional air or train tickets available at this time. I regret the inconvenience caused by this sudden turn of events.
