Hi CXC, I reviewed the delivery process with the team, after the last incident. Since then, we stopped asking the customer to place a work order with PP concerning the packages that are over 50lbs. For this particular situation, Tarik Mahrour, (ex: 8023) contacted Physical Plan directly, assuming that the same policy was in placed. During my conversation with Tarik he stated: “Ralph, this is how I have been doing it since I started working at Berklee". Going forward, I ask Bruno and the rest of the staff, to inform any customer who receives packages over 50 lb, to get in touch with us first before contacting Physical Plan. I want to take advantage to let you know also that the only conversation that I had with a customer about physical, a few days ago, was about some packages that need to be delivered to a location where only physical plan get the key to access that storage room. The customer decided to have PP involved in the delivery process.
