Responses to the questionnaire will reported confidentially, I will know their names, but I will not reported in my PhD degree study and thesis I plan to publish on this topic. With the permission of participants, I will use participant’s age, academic major, teaching experience and school district to better explain finding. The information sought is not personal.

Responses to the questionnaire will be kept in confidence. The information sought for this study will be published as part of a PhD thesis on this subject. Respondent's names will be recorded but will not be published. Other information including; respondent's age, academic major, teaching experience and school district will be used with their permission to explain findings. Personal information is not requested.
