A shortly résumé of what we would like to do in Curacao

Based in Berlin and as a family group company, we have are in several industrial field as: As factory owners, partners, advisors, importers and exporters in several countries of Latin-America.

For almost five years we have been in the agro field with traditional plantations and also high technology soil free or clean agriculture (hydroponic) lettuce plantations, products that we sell to wholesalers and exporters.

Our interest in Curacao is because lettuces grown by us where delivered by air freight and sold in Aruba by one of our export customers that moved from Colombia to Spain.

Therefore we need in Curacao two strategic companies, one to handle shipping and customs and the other to distribute our product to hotels and restaurants.

We are open for a joint-venture; To work together with a distributor, to have a partner and open up a new company with own money or with a bank loan, since this is a perishable product with a fast cash flow and return of capital.

Shipments from Colombia will be in refrigerated containers and we will need to keep the container in Curacao for at least 10 days using it as a cooling warehouse.

We find that the most convenient lettuce is the big Iceberg brand and depending on a market research study we will find out if it is better to sell the lettuces as they arrive or to: Cut, wash and pack them for hotels and restaurants.

Equipment will be provided by us and initially me and another person with a food handling certificate will work in this process.

Depending on the evolution of the business we will start with ready salads with assistance and authorization of Sophie Stevens Salad Recipes for: Fast-food restaurants and supermarkets made with vegetables from Colombia that will arrive in same containers.

A short summary of what we would like to do in Curacao.

Based in Berlin, and as a family group company, we are in several industrial fields including; as factory owners, partners, advisers, importers and exporters in several countries of Latin-America.

For almost five years we have been in the agro field with traditional plantations and also in high technology, soil free or clean agriculture (hydroponic) lettuce plantations, products that we sell to wholesalers and exporters.

Our interest in Curacao is because lettuce grown by us was formerly delivered by air freight and sold in Aruba by one of our export customers who has now moved from Colombia to Spain.

Therefore we now need two strategic companies in Curacao, one to handle shipping and customs and the other to distribute our product to hotels and restaurants.

We are open to a joint-venture; to work together with a distributor, or to have a partner and form a new company with our own capitol or with a bank loan.

This is a perishable product with a fast cash flow and return of capital.

Shipments from Colombia will be in refrigerated containers and we will need to keep the container in Curacao for at least 10 days, using it as a cooling warehouse.

We find that the most convenient lettuce is the Iceberg type, and depending on a market research study we will determine if it is better to sell the lettuce as it arrives, or to cut, wash and pack it for hotels and restaurants.

Equipment will be provided by us, and initially myself and another person with a food handling certificate will work in this process.

Depending on the evolution of the business, we will start with ready made salads with the assistance and authorization of Sophie Stevens Salad Recipes for; fast-food restaurants and supermarkets. These will be made with vegetables from Colombia that will arrive in the same containers.
