Recently my boss has given me an offer , to open an office in city near by and appointing me as a manager , so how I make sure him that I can manage the team on my own.

He told me that to shift in his home cum office , and start working with the team is shifting to other city. so I will get a chance of management here .as still I was into developement .

But still due to some my personal problem we haven't shifted to there .but want to shift there ASAP.is it will be good to shift?

and what other things I will need to make sure him that I can manage the team on my own.

Recently my boss made me an offer to open an office in city nearby, and appoint me as the manager. How can I convince him that I can manage the team on my own?

He told me to shift places in his home office and start working with the team that will be shifting to the other city. This way I will get experience managing here because I am still in training.

Due to some personal problem we haven't shifted yet but want to shift ASAP.
