I had been working at Arena Infotech from July 2005 to september 2011 as a Network security Engineer as i mentioned in my reference letter.This It Firm has been running their Isp Business for about 11-12 years, when i was in my graduating semester i joined there as a part timer after completing my Graduation i got my job as a Network Security Engineer as a full time Employee( Mentioned in my appointment letter ) where my salary started with 20,000 BDT.and My responsibility was to engineering on security infrastructure,focus on proactive analysis and also to support less senior members of the technology team.beside those duty i had to maintain,configure and do troubleshooting of servers,cisco routers,switches,VPN connectivity Devices etc.we were led by our System admin and Assist system admin.though Arena Infotech is a small company but we had a very strong Technical team.But for their Poor Marketing team total company revenue decreasing day by day. which affect much on other dept like our System admin,assist system admin left their job.i personally with other members did a hard job for welfare of our company.and i got rewarded much from top management by some other benefit like bonus and some other financial facilities.
We the employees have to punched our ID card when we entered into our office.some office decoration was done last year and that time we only signed in a attendance registrar book . that was also done by very casually because most of the time we did work in Our different site office and POPs.so that we the seniors were not told to sign in the book regularly.he may noticed no bodies designation were written there properly as we didn't gave any importancy to that book.i think that punching machine may be malfunctioning now or may be shifted to another office.The person who visited to arena Infotech might seen very few employee there as i know this company is going to shutdown their ISP business.Most of the Employees whom i got as my colleague left the job from Arena Infotech.even there is no front desk executive there to receive someone.how poorly company running nowadays.Someone Elder brother of Managing Director, designated DGM is looking after the company now who knows very few about company ex-employees as he is very new to Arena Infotech.

My salary started at 20,000 BDT. My area of responsibility was engineering on security infrastructure, focusing on proactive analysis and also supporting less senior members of the technology team. beside those duties, I had to maintain, configure and do troubleshooting on servers, Cisco routers, switches, VPN connectivity devices etc. We were led by our System Admin. and Assistant System Admin.

Though Arena Infotech is a small company, we had a very strong Technical team. But due to their poor Marketing team, total company revenue decreased day by day. This had a strong effect on other departments and our System Admin. and Asst. System Admin. left their jobs. I personally, with other members, worked hard job for the welfare of our company and I was rewarded by top management with benefits like bonuses and some other financial considerations.

Most of the employees who were my colleagues have left Arena Infotech. There is even no front desk executive there to receive visitors. The company is running very poorly nowadays. An older brother of the Managing Director, designated DGM, is looking after the company now and knows very little about the company's ex-employees, as he is very new to Arena Infotech.
